Home Owners Association

DESCRIPTION:
The Home Owners Association (HOA) is open to all residents of Foxwood Village.  Its purpose is to safeguard the interest of its members, to enhance the enjoyment of all residents and to sponsor such activities as are suggested by members.  All residents of Foxwood Village are welcome to join the HOA.  Details regarding the HOA are contained in the Foxwood Village Homeowner’s Association By-Laws that can be found here.

ELIGIBILITY:
All residents of Foxwood Village are eligible to join the HOA.  To join, sign up at any of the HOA meetings or contact any member of the board.

DUES:
Dues are specified at Ten ($10.00) per year per member and are to be paid annually. Dues may be paid in advance but no later than Jan. 31st. The dues for new homeowners are pro-rated, from the date of membership to December 31st.  All dues payments may be made at an HOA meeting or directly to the Treasurer.

MEETINGS:
Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month excluding July, August and December.

MINUTES:
After each meeting, minutes are made available for all residents for review.  A copy is placed in the clubhouse library and  posted on this site, accessible through the main menu (HOA – Meeting Minutes).
