IT IS A FACT THAT AMERICANS DON’T GET ENOUGH CALCIUM.Only 42 %  meet the estimated average daily requirement of 1000mg to 1200 mg(the exact amt.depends on age and gender)  It’s a serious problem because both men and women need calcium.Most people need no more than a 500mg daily supplement to fill any gap that exits in their diet.
