Fiber good for your Health

Healthy adults who ate the most fiber (25g-29g per day)had a 15-30% lower risk for heart disease, colorectal cancer,type 2 diabetes and even death from any cause.Americans eat on average 15g fiber daily.Eat oatmeal,brown rice,lentils,beans,artichokes,raspberries and pears.
