Ways to support and protect your liver

Coffee  2 cups reg or decaf daily or Green tea.

Avoid High fructose sugar(HFCS).

Eat oatmeal for breakfast. Lose weight.

Add strength-training,3 strength training sessions a week

Limit your Tylenol( acetaminophen) in take,maximum of 3500-4000 mg per day.

Take COQ10  100-300MG Per day and 600 mg of NAC  2 times a day.

Have your liver enzyme levels checked.
