I regret to inform you of the Passing of our dear friend and neighbor, Ed Powers.
Ed was a smiling face and an active member in our community. Ed frequented the pool in the summer; loved Texas hold-em and Bingo and was at most of our community events. ED was a “Gentle” giant and often referred to affectionately as “Mr Ed” .Ed will be missed by all.
He is being waked at McLaughlin Funeral Home in Riverhead on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9.
Mass will be at St. John The Evangelist Church Monday at 10:30AM followed by a burial at St. John’s Cemetery.
