It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of MaryLee Feldman. MaryLee was a past president of the HOA and a long time resident. Viewing will be held on Saturday, 3/20/21 from 2PM to 6PM at Tuthill Managano funeral home in Riverhead. Sincere condolences to her former husband, Dave Feldman unit 12, and her family. May she rest in peace.

Website Changes
Starting today a new webmaster will begin to come up to speed. I will gradually take the reins as Paul Spina begins to relax a bit after doing a wonderful job of keeping the community informed by managing the HOA website and email service.
Because of Paul’s efforts our community has a source of information that has been invaluable over the years, and most especially during this time of quarantine. I’m sure I speak for everyone in offering a heartfelt “Thank You” to Paul for a job well done.
Paul has offered to provide support and consultation as I gradually take over the responsibilities for the website and our community email. I know I will be leaning on his experience heavily for a time. I ask your patience as I come up to speed over the next few months. I will make every effort to keep things running smoothly but I’m sure there will be occasional missteps. For those times I ask your understanding and patience.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have and suggestions or questions. I look forward to keeping our community informed.
