Jan 26th Town Board meeting information

Town Board Work Session is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 26, at 10:00 AM at town hall.  BFJ, the agency preparing the Comprehensive Plan will be there along with New York State Energy Research and Development Agency (NYSERDA).  NYSERDA will probably discuss battery storage facilities and other environmental issues.  If you cannot attend, please check in on Zoom.  If Zoom is not available to you watch on channel 22.
The Zoning Appeals Board meets the same day at 7:00 PM.  TOM CAT Realty Holdings has requested variances on a project to be built at the Proposed Industrial Zone.  They want extra front yard parking, less area between the parking area and the property line and higher lights.
Also, remember that the Town Board will have a Public Hearing on

PLEASE attend these meetings either in person or on Zoom.  If you miss the meetings you can watch them on channel 22 on demand on the town website.
Remember, we must participate in OUR town government.
